As a Production Manager for a reality TV show, I was responsible for the comprehensive preparation and coordination of filming in Thailand. My responsibilities included: recruiting and organizing a crew, as well as preparing contracts for creators and collaborators.
Planning and organizing transportation for the entire crew- including flight logistics. Ordering, organizing, and transporting the necessary filming equipment, taking into account customs regulations and the safety of international transport. Securing comprehensive insurance coverage for the crew, equipment, and transportation, tailored to the requirements of an international production. Managing the daily operations of the 50-person team during the month-long shoot, including preparing detailed work schedules and timetables.
